The Jordanian air force conducted strikes against militant groups in Syria. These operations follow a church attack in Karak that resulted in nine deaths. The shift to direct cross-border retaliation is a notable escalation. I am interested in the intelligence used to link specific Syrian targets to the Karak attack. Without a clear breakdown of the target selection process, it is hard to determine if this is a precision strike or a broad signal of deterrence.
