Extism for Wasm based plugins

Development
I have seen too many projects try to build their own custom DSLs for app extensions. It always starts with a simple config file and ends with a fragile, undocumented language that breaks the second you need a feature the original dev didn't think of. Extism takes a different approach by using WebAssembly as the plugin system. It abstracts the Wasm runtime, meaning you can run code from any language that compiles to Wasm without risking the security of the host application. It is a practical way to handle extensibility without inventing a new, buggy language from scratch. If you are planning a plugin architecture, this is a better path than building another custom parser.
